Article 39 – Value of Supply in case of Discount or Subsidies
When discounts are granted before or after the Date of Supply or subsidies provided by the State to the supplier for that supply, the value of the supply shall be reduced in proportion to such discounts or subsidies. The Executive Regulation of this Decree-Law shall specify the conditions and controls for calculating the Tax when the discount is made.
